History Repeating Itself

This course analyzes a series of case studies designed to bring out continually relevant life lessons. The course is designed to show the relevance of history to our every lives.

Module 1

Students will read a series of cases and discuss the common elements across the cases. Example lessons include:

War escalation
Ponzi Schemes & Scams
Life-Changing Innovations

Module 2

Students will brainstorm on how these lessons are applicable today and in the future. We will look at current events and discuss their implications.

Module 3

The course will wrap up with a reflection of what we’ve learned and how to apply it our lives. We explore if fundamental classes like arithmetic, writing, and history have more meaning. We will briefly overview trending career opportunities and why they are trending.
